Happy Saturday Friends!

Can you all believe another week has come and gone? We are already knocking on mid-February! Before you know summer will pass us in an eye blink next!

So from January up to now I have read some great romance books and a bit of suspense. Sometimes they go hand in hand, and sometimes they don’t. A couple of crime novels passed by and I was hooked!  Here are couple that you might want to try:

Lief after Death (Book two for An American Family) by Jackson Baer42445490

The Childs family faced the unthinkable… now they have a second chance.
~~~
The Childs family has endured a terrible tragedy, but the FBI’s shocking discovery has turned their lives upside down.
His kids have all moved on from the death of their mother, as has Isaac from the loss of his wife, but now that the FBI has finally solved the case, the Childs family must face the loss of Ramie all over again.
Each has their own relationships and their own lives, but all are upended due to unforeseen circumstances. As they maneuver these new lives, they must deal with love, heartache, and jealousy as a family, and the choices they face will not be easy.
Their decisions bring out the best in some… and the worst in others.
40117780Seven (Count To Ten Series) by Jane Blythe
Keep her mouth shut and let a killer get revenge or risk the truth about her coming out?
Daisy Xander has spent her entire life trying to hide who she really is and where she’s come from. But no matter how many measures she has taken and how many sacrifices she has made the truth is about to come out and she’s already chosen how she’s going to deal with it—she’s going to let herself get killed.
For Mark Xander life keeps getting worse and worse. Left to raise his four kids alone, then his youngest son comes face to face with a killer, and his estranged wife seems to have a relationship with the victim. Daisy won’t tell anyone what’s going on and when more victims keep falling it soon becomes clear, Daisy is either involved or she’s on the killer’s list.
** Warning: Graphic violence and themes of sexual assault/abuse **
I already have a few ARC’s under my belt for 2019 and trying my hardest to lighten my review load…lol I never seem to realize how many forms I have filled out to ask for an ARC. But my 2019 TBR list has shorten and that will allow me more time to blog.
I wanted to just stop by and say hi to everyone and wish you all a great weekend! Happy reading friends ❤📚
XO, Crystal
