So an stomach virus hit our household and thank goodness it was not COVID. But the kids had to “quarantine” and stay home from school until we got a test. We just got it back and it was negative. OMGEEE! I completely devoured this book in a hot second. I love angsty stories. Between Derek and Marley, I had no idea if I was coming or going! These two are a mess made in heaven. The enemies to lovers romance has you teetering on edge. And the big shocker…. he is working on stealing her legacy. Whoa… I was not sure how these two could keep up with the hare along with that chemistry that was about to bubble over.
The temperature surely rises in this story and its not all behind close doors. I love K.A. Linde books, but this one takes the cake! You want a story that will have you on the edge and literally yelling at these characters lol… well you are in for a treat. At First Hate will swallow you whole and keep you there! #2021BookRec
