Release Date: February 25
The storm.
The man.
Both come without warning.
My heart opens to Cooper Haywood the moment we meet. How can it resist? He’s charming, devastatingly handsome, and sweeps me off my feet before I realize the impact he’s making. And then it’s too late.
We fall too fast to worry about the consequences.
We love so hard that we ache when we’re apart.
Even though I have a past that still haunts me and he has a future that could put us at risk, none of that matters when we’re together.
Until it does.
And then everything changes.
Although the best thing he ever gave me now calls me Mommy, I can’t help but wonder if Cooper Haywood and that fateful storm were one and the same.

5 Stars!!
*Twirls In Throwing around 5 magical stars for this Review*
Best I Ever Had was Mesmerizing! Breathtaking! I could not stop reading this book! I loved Story sooo much. She became my hero. I loved the way she loved. I loved the way she took a chance on a guy in a coffee shop. I just could not stop my heart from being happy with young love. But there are times where society can take it all away with a snap of a finger.
Do I have your attention yet? I hope so. I really want to go on and on, but I want to keep this spoiler free. Because you need this book in your life! You need to go on the journey with Story and Cooper. You have to be on top of the world with these two, then crash and fall.
Best I Ever Had lives to its book title. The cover is just gorgeous. The story was ever lasting! I cannot recommend this book enough!!!

Meet S.L. Scott
New York Times and USA Bestselling Author, S. L. Scott, was always interested in the arts. She grew up painting, writing poetry and short stories, and wiling her days away lost in a good book and the movies.
With a degree in Journalism, she continued her love of the written word by reading American authors like Salinger and Fitzgerald.
She was intrigued by their flawed characters living in picture perfect worlds, but could still debate that the worlds those characters lived in were actually the flawed ones.
This dynamic of leaving the reader invested in the words, inspired Scott to start writing with emotion while interjecting an underlying passion into her own stories.
Living in the capital of Texas with her family, Scott loves traveling and avocados, beaches, and cooking with her kids. She’s obsessed with epic romances and loves a good plot twist. She dreams of seeing one of her own books made into a movie one day as well as returning to Europe. Her favorite color is blue, but she likens it more toward the sky than the emotion. Her home is filled with the welcoming symbol of the pineapple and finds surfing a challenge though she likes to think she’s a pro.

Where to start... Well I have always been a big fan of writing since I was small. I have pages and pages of poems I've written since elementary. So I have always been a fan of writing. A couple of years ago, I started my romance read journey with Fifty Shades of Grey. Now I can not stay away. I read anything Romance! Some of you may heard of the authors such as Julie Kenner, Lauren Blakely, Maya Banks, Sylvia Day, E.L. James.. Laurelin Paige..and I can go on and on. Reading is a stress reliever for me.. Oh and add that with a glass of wine :) I am a mom to two wonderful boys still in elementary. I have been married to my husband for seven years. I am blessed to finally have the time to start a reading blog and share my reviews of my favorite reads! I hope you enjoy these books as much as I have. xoxo Crystal
