Wrong for You by Harloe Rae has been bumped up to my new favorite book I devoured in 2023. Jacob (Jake) Evans should come with a warning! I mean that man just makes you blush. That mouth of his is just unfiltered and there are times I was a puddle of goo over it. He is also a certifiable a**hole. I was addicted from the get go. I mean even in the prologue – you will just instantly know there is more than was under the surface.

Harper has a heart of gold. She is a great at not letting Jake see how much he gets to her. Instead she puts on a smile and gives some sass back. You knew that these two have history, you are just not sure if they will ever get over it. My heart flipped flopped over her and knew she had so much to offer.

Then there is Syd. She stole my heart and the show. I loved how that little girl had Jake wrapped around her finger. She is her daddy’s protector and when you get to a water park scene, you will understand. She sure knows how to keep the vultures away!
